Wraparound Care

From September 2025, our after-school wrap-around care will be delivered by the school. OKC and EKC will continue until the end of August.We are all incredibly grateful to Barbara at EKC and Delores at OKC for the years of service to our ABS community.

In order for the transition to be as smooth, we are changing as little as possible.

• The price will remain the same, £7 per child, per session. 
• The sessions will run from 3:30 – 6pm, Mon-Fri.
• Children will be offered a light snack and a drink.
• You will not have to register your child if your child comes to ABS but you will need to let us know if you want to book your child in. You will need to ensure that you have made us aware of any changes of contact details.
• If your child does not attend ABS, you will need to re-register with us. Please use the form at the bottom of this page or call 020 7735 2781 to contact us.
• Your child will still be able to go to an after-school school club and then go on to the wrap-around care.
• The flexibility offered by EKC and OKC will remain: you will be able to contact school on the day although we would prefer to know at the beginning of each term.
• Some of the adults will remain the same.
• We will continue to run holiday clubs throughout the year.

Changes

• The name! Our wrap-around care will be known as ThriveCare at ABS.
• To book a place for your child, you will need to contact the school office: please complete the form at the bottom of the page or call 020 7735 2781.
• We will not be able to accept cash payment: all payments must be made using Parent Pay.
• All children will be collected from the main entrance on Reedworth Street.
• There will be one or two new faces as we develop the team.

Breakfast Club

We have partnered with Magic Breakfast, a charity with a mission to end morning hunger as a barrier to learning for all children. We are able to offer to a selection of bagels, toast, crumpets and cereal. No need to book - turn up from 8am.

The cost of breakfast club is £1.50 per child (and £1.00 for each sibling). There is no cost for families eligible for free school meals.
